1. Preparing the base: To get started, we’ll need to melt and mix together oils, waxes and pigments in the right proportions to achieve the perfect consistency.
2. Melting the base: Melt the base by placing all the ingredients in a melting tank and heating them until they’re fully melted and well-blended.
3. Adding color and flavor: Now it’s time to have some fun! Go ahead and add the color and flavor of your choice to give your lipstick the look and taste you want.
4. Pouring into molds: Once the mixture is ready, pour it into molds that are either pre-made or custom-made for your particular batch.
5. Cooling and solidifying: To let the lipstick solidify, just put the filled molds in a cool area.
6. Removing from molds: After the lipstick has had a chance to solidify, it’s time to pop it out of the molds and move it onto a conveyor belt for the next step in the manufacturing process.
7. Packaging: Finally, we’ll package the lipstick in tubes or bullet-shaped containers and label them with your brand and product information.
8. Quality control: Before the lipstick is shipped out, it is checked for quality and consistency to ensure that it meets the standards of the manufacturer.
