Step #1 Sourcing of Raw Materials
The first step in cologne manufacturing is to source high-quality raw materials. Such as essential oils, alcohol, and other ingredients. These raw materials are carefully selected based on their quality. Also on their purity, and suitability for use in cologne.
Step #2 Formulation
Once the raw materials have been sourced, the next step is to formulate the cologne. This involves blending the various ingredients together in the right proportions. To create a harmonious and well-balanced scent. At Nako Cosmetic, we use advanced technology and equipment. To ensure precise and consistent blending of ingredients.
Step #3 Aging
After the cologne has been formulated it’s aged for a period of time. The aging process allows the ingredients to blend together. and Also allows the fragrance to mature.
Step #4 Filtering
Once the cologne has aged, it is filtered to remove any impurities or sediment. I recommend performing a final quality control check before bottling. To ensure that the cologne meets the desired standards in terms of appearance. Also in terms of aroma and stability.
Step #5 Bottling
After the cologne has been filtered, it is ready to be bottled. The cologne is poured into bottles. Which are then sealed to prevent evaporation and maintain the fragrance’s strength.
Step #6 Labeling and Packaging
The final step in the cologne manufacturing process is labeling and packaging. The bottles are labeled with information such as the name of the cologne. Also the information like the ingredients, and the batch number. The bottles are then packaged for shipping.
