What Is Perfume Made Of

Essential Oils
Solvents
Fixatives
Alcohol
Water
Preservatives
Essential Oils These are concentrated, natural extracts from plants. This provides the fragrance in perfumes. Its obtained through the process of distillation, and extraction of the plant material. Essential oils are highly concentrated and potent. Therefore, a small amount can go a long way in perfumery.
Solvents Solvents are used to dilute essential oils. This help distributes them evenly in the final product. Common solvents used in perfumery include ethanol, propylene glycol, and glycerin. They help to dissolve the essential oils and make them easier to work with.
Fixatives These are used to help stabilize the scent and make it last longer. They slow down the evaporation of essential oils, and help the scent to linger on the skin. Common fixatives used in perfumery include musk, ambergris, and orris root.
Alcohol Many perfumes use alcohol as a base, which acts as a carrier for the essential oils and other ingredients. The alcohol also helps to dissolve the essential oils. It also allows them to be evenly distributed. I recommend using high-proof alcohol, such as ethanol as the base for perfumes. As it has a neutral scent and will not affect the fragrance of the essential oils.
Water In some cases, water is also used as a base for perfumes. It can be used in conjunction with alcohol. This to help dissolve the essential oils and distribute them evenly.
Preservatives To prevent spoilage, some perfumes may contain preservatives. This includes such as parabens, benzyl alcohol, and benzyl benzoate. At Nako Cosmetic, we use only natural preservatives. Like Leucidal Liquid SF, which is derived from radishes.

Perfume Manufacturing

Step #1 Distillation This is a process in which the essential oils of a plant are extracted by steam distillation. The steam passes through the plant material. This causes the essential oils to vaporize. The vapor is then cooled and condensed back into a liquid, which contains the essential oils. At Nako Cosmetic, we use steam distillation to extract essential oils. We take it from various flowers and plants for our private-label perfumes.
Step #4 Enfleurage The essential oils of a plant are obtained using this procedure. The plant matter is spread out on a flat surface, then a layer of fat is applied to seal in the flavor. The fat absorbs the essential oils, and they are then extracted by solvents. I suggest using this method to extract essential oils from plants that have a high amount of oil. Plants such as citrus fruits are the best example.
Step #2 Extraction by Volatile Solvent In here, the volatile solvent is used to extract essential oils from the plant material. The solvent dissolves the essential oils. They are then separated from the plant material by distillation.
Step #5 Headspace This procedure involves taking a sample of the air above the plant material. Afterward, the fragrance components present were evaluated. This approach is frequently used to determine a plant's fragrance. Without really obtaining the essential oils, this is.
Step #3 Expression This is the procedure used to extract a plant's essential oils. By mechanically pressing or squeezing the plant material, it is removed. Citrus fruit essential oils are frequently extracted using this technique.
Step #6 Extraction by CO2 or Sofact A "supercritical fluid" or carbon dioxide is used in this operation. Essential oils are extracted from plant material using this method. This technique is frequently utilized. Because the finished product does not contain any solvent residues.

Types of Perfume

Oil Based Perfume
Concentrated Perfume
Eau De Toilette Manufacturer
Oil Based Perfume Oil-based perfumes are gaining popularity for a variety of reasons. They tend to last much longer on the skin than standard perfumes. This makes them a great choice for those who want their scent to last all day long. I would recommend this for those who save money. This is because oil-based perfumes are more affordable than alcohol-based perfumes.
Concentrated Perfume Concentrated perfume is a type of perfume that packs a punch. It has a higher concentration of essential oils than regular perfume. It is also generally more expensive due to the added cost of the ingredients used. However, it’s worth it if you want your scent to last all day long without needing frequent reapplication.
Eau De Toilette Manufacturer Eau de toilette is generally less expensive than perfumes. They are usually made with a lower concentration of essential oils and alcohol. This makes them lighter on the skin. They also tend to last for several hours without needing to be reapplied. This makes them perfect for day-to-night wear. At Nako Cosmetic, we specialize in producing high-quality eau de toilette and colognes.

Function of Perfume

Body Perfume
Hair Mist Perfume
Perfume Body Spray
Body Perfume Perfume functions as an aid to disguise body odor. This is useful in those situations when a shower or bath isn’t available, such as after exercise or a long day at work. Many perfumes also contain ingredients that have bactericidal properties,. Which helps to keep away unwanted germs and bacteria.
Hair Mist Perfume Perfume can also be used as a hair mist. Many perfumes contain ingredients that can help to hydrate, and even add shine to your locks. Perfume is a fantastic option for those rushed mornings. When one doesn't have time to shower, but still wants to feel and smell fresh. I would recommend this because it can help to mask any unwanted smells on the hair.
Perfume Body Spray Perfume can also be used as a body spray. This is an excellent alternative to heavier perfumes and colognes. This makes it ideal for those who don’t want their scent to be too overwhelming. It’s also great for those hot summer days when you just want something light and refreshing! At Nako Cosmetic, we specialize in producing high-quality body sprays.

Miniature-Sized Bottles of Perfume These small bottles contain a variety of different scents. This has scents such as floral, woody, citrus, and musk. They allow you to try out a range of fragrances and find the one that suits you best. I suggest purchasing a sample set or a travel-size bottle of a fragrance. Before committing to a full-size bottle.
Scented Body Lotion or Shower Gel These products are scented with a matching fragrance to miniature perfumes. This allows you to layer the scent and make it last longer. At Nako Cosmetic, we have a range of scented body lotions and shower gels to choose from.
Scented Candles or Room Sprays These products can help to create a pleasant, aromatic atmosphere in the house or office. The scented candles and room sprays in this set are scented to coordinate with the perfumes. Which adds a level of depth and cohesiveness to the overall fragrance experience. It's such a thoughtful touch that truly enhances the enjoyment of the set.
Essential Oils or Fragrance Oils These oils is used to create your own custom scent. This is by mixing and layering different fragrances. They can be added to a diffuser, mixed with a carrier oil for use on the skin, or added to homemade beauty products.
